1. Prohibited content

  • JPXL Records does not accept the following content for distribution:
  • — Materials that infringe the copyright, related rights, trademark, privacy or other rights of third parties.
  • — Content containing hate speech, discrimination, threats, or extremist incitement.
  • — Misleading metadata: fictitious artists, performer substitution, or false advertising.
  • — Content incorporating unlicensed samples without clearance confirmation.
  • — Materials that violate applicable law or relevant international norms.
  • — Malicious files of any type.

2. Technical restrictions

  • The following are prohibited: corrupted audio files or files with incorrect extensions; duplicate releases without documentary justification; files that do not meet audio and artwork technical requirements.
  • The Operator may request additional information and documents before accepting a release.

3. Prohibited actions

  • Prohibited: creating multiple accounts without the Operator's consent; using automated means to manipulate stream counts or other metrics; interfering with the Service or its infrastructure; attempting to circumvent the release review system; using the Service for purposes contrary to its intended use.

4. Consequences

  • Upon identifying a violation the Operator may: return the release for revision with reasons stated; reject the release without refunding any fees paid (where applicable); take a published release down from digital platforms; restrict or suspend the account.
  • In cases of deliberate violation the Operator may refer information to the competent authorities.
