When will my data appear?
Data shows up once the aggregator uploads a report for your release. The first report typically arrives within 30 days after the first stream. If you see an empty screen, your release is either pending delivery or no streams have been recorded yet for this period.

How to read the data

  • Streams and accruals appear after the reporting period closes and the source has transmitted the data.
  • Different platforms send data at different cadences — some weekly, some monthly — with possible corrections.
  • If a period shows no rows for an artist, it means no data or no accruals were received for that period.
  • Revenue figures are in the settlement currency and converted at the rate used by the reporting source.

What to check

  • Reporting period and processing date — make sure you are looking at the correct date range.
  • Platform, territory, release and track — filter to narrow down where streams came from.
  • Corrections, deductions and zero-periods — these are normal and reflect adjustments made by DSPs.

Platform coverage

  • Global — Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Tidal, Deezer, Pandora and 40+ more.
  • China — NetEase Cloud Music, QQ Music, Kugou, Kuwo. Chinese platforms report separately and may have longer delays.
  • Social — TikTok, Instagram/Facebook, Snapchat — monetization data reported by Meta/ByteDance cycles.

Frequently asked questions

I can see streams on Spotify for Artists but nothing in the dashboard
Spotify for Artists shows real-time listener data. The dashboard shows financial reporting data, which comes in batches once Spotify closes its monthly period. This is normal — the numbers will sync up after the period closes.
My release is live but analytics are empty
If your release went live less than 30 days ago, the first report may not have arrived yet. If it has been longer, open a support ticket with the release ID so we can check the delivery status.
I see negative numbers or deductions
Negative rows are corrections — a DSP revised a previous period's data. This is standard practice and affects the running balance accordingly.
