2. Data collected

  • The following data may be processed: full name or stage name; email address; phone number; Telegram handle; IP address; account credentials; payment details; artist profile information; data relating to uploaded releases, tracks and metadata.
  • For legally significant actions the following are also recorded: action date and time, IP address, user identifier, document version accepted, and action content.
  • The Operator does not request special categories of personal data (health, biometrics, political views, etc.) without separate, explicit consent.

3. Processing purposes

  • User identification and authentication; providing access to the Service; performing distribution and payout obligations; generating and delivering reports; security and fraud prevention; communicating with the User about the Service; complying with legal requirements and protecting the Operator's rights.

4. Legal basis

  • Processing is carried out on the basis of: the data subject's consent; the necessity of performing a contract; and the Operator's legitimate interests.

5. Data actions and transfers

  • Permitted actions: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer (as described below), anonymisation, blocking, deletion, destruction.
  • Transfers to third parties are permitted: to aggregators and digital platforms for distribution; to payment providers for payouts; to hosting and technical providers for infrastructure; to email services for notifications. Each recipient processes data only for the stated purposes and only to the extent necessary.
  • Transfers outside the User's jurisdiction are carried out only to countries that provide an adequate level of data protection, or on the basis of other lawful mechanisms.

6. Retention

  • Data is retained for the duration of the User's use of the Service, and for 3 years after account closure — to fulfil financial reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and comply with legal requirements.
  • Upon expiry of the retention period, data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Data subject rights

  • Users have the right to: obtain information about the processing of their data; request correction of inaccurate data; request cessation of processing or deletion of data where this does not conflict with legal or contractual obligations; and withdraw consent.
  • Requests should be sent to JPXLRECORDS@GMAIL.COM. Response time: 30 calendar days.

8. Withdrawing consent

  • Users may withdraw consent at any time by sending a written notice to JPXLRECORDS@GMAIL.COM.
  • Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing carried out on other lawful grounds (contract performance, legal obligations).
  • Withdrawing consent may result in restricted or terminated access to the Service if data processing is a necessary condition for its provision.
